Fliplist.com has an immediate position for a Sales and Acquisitions Manager to join our team of ROCKSTARS.
We are looking for someone who can match our culture – We’re a fast-growing real estate investments company, passionate, innovative, and motivated team players who excel at real estate investing.
As an Acquisitions Manager, you will manage our inbound leads and you will negotiate and close real estate deals directly from motivated homeowners and landlords over the phone.

- High ticket sales – Our average sale amount is $26,453.00
- Bi-Weekly commission – $85,000 – $150,000 a year
- Our team average commission is $10,043 / Month
- Weekly and monthly bonuses
- Fully remote work (Work from anywhere with an internet connection and a decent setup)
- Manage your own schedule – Flexibility to work whenever you want as long as you hit your goals.
- Opportunity to purchase properties for yourself directly within our network of leads.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Take live calls and inbound leads of homeowners and make offers on their properties.
- Build rapport with homeowners and gauge motivation to sell.
- Manage and follow up through the leads database.
- Analyze home values and offers using MLS and online tools.
- Track and enter data to CRM.
What Do We Look For
- Prior sales experience
- Background in real estate is a plus.
- Highly motivated person who is independent and does not need to be managed.
- Energetic team player who loves to talk to people.
- Prior experience with CRMs.
- Must work well under pressure.
- A highly organized and detailed person who can manage multiple tasks.

- This position is fully remote – You can work from anywhere, but a decent setup is a MUST
